We applaud the efforts of New Zealanders who are socially distancing, self-isolating and taking any necessary precautions to protect their health and the health of those they are in contact with.
At Fraser Dental we are open as normal. Your appointments will go ahead as scheduled, and all treatment plans will continue as planned.
Our clinic is one of the safest and cleanest environments due to our stringent cleaning, sterilisation and sanitisation procedures. Coronaviruses are enveloped viruses, meaning they are one of the easiest types of viruses to kill with the right disinfectant products. Our standard precautions already protect our patients to the highest degree possible, and our protocols have been increased in frequency and include all possible ‘touch points’. So you are in good hands with us!
We are well-stocked with all necessary medical products and dental equipment, and the New Zealand Dental Association is assisting with monitoring suppliers to ensure there are no supply issues.
We do ask that if you are sick with symptoms such as a runny nose, sore throat, cough, temperature, shortness of breath, nausea or vomiting that you please call to reschedule your appointment until you are feeling well again. Also, if you have been overseas in the last 14 days, or have been in close contact with someone who has been overseas in the last 14 days, again please call us to reschedule your appointment until the 14 day period has ended. The health and wellbeing of our patients and staff are paramount, and we appreciate your support in delaying your appointments to be completely safe.
